Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We provide our customers with Free Worldwide Standard Shipping. We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

All our items are posted out from Hong Kong within 1-2 workdays.

- Domestic orders - delivered within 1-3 business days.

- International orders - delivered within 7- 15 business days (please expect delays due to COVID-19) depending on the country.

- Express Shipping is an additional charge. Please see checkout for the estimated cost.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world on standard shipping charges. (please expect delays due to COVID-19) depending on the country. Additional express shipping costs can be applied and will be calculated at checkout.

Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. Our sizes tend to fit the 'western' audience and they’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

How can I exchange my order?

Never fear! We allow you to try all your purchases in the comfort of your own home or if you are giving them as s gift. If you need to send them back, you have 30-60 days from the date you receive your order to exchange or return them to the address provided in the packing note (at your own cost). Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Māzŭ Resortwear product garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

What do I do if my product is damage?

We pride ourselves on our high quality.

If the product is damaged please email us with your order number or the retail location you had purchased our item and we will do our best to help you.
